The grandeur of the building is complimented by an abundance of elegance and style in both the public areas and the bedrooms. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re enveloped in an Art Deco environment that feels very different from anything else you’ve seen. It’s elegant and glamorous, but it’s also very approachable and accessible. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and you’ll feel comfortable letting them work their magic on our wedding day without feeling you have to oversee every detail yourself.

It is the perfect venue for your wedding or any special occasion. The elegant yet modern suites provide an intimate and luxurious setting to celebrate these special moments in your life. Whether you are planning an intimate celebration with family and friends or a large scale wedding for up to 250 people, the venue has everything you need to make it perfect.
From accommodation for the bride and groom to overnight rooms for guests. The team at the Earl will provide you with dedicated service from day one, ensuring that all your requirements are met. Your function room can be set up exactly how you want it, in your chosen colour scheme, with the addition of floral displays and table centrepieces that reflect your personal taste.
Ballroom
The main ballroom will provide the perfect setting for your special day. Available in the Art Deco and Twilight packages it can accommodate up 80 day guests and 120 evening guests.
Ripon Suite
This elegant is perfect for wedding ceremonies and can also host smaller wedding breakfasts.
Concorde Suite
Available with the Intimate Package, this bright and airy room can host smaller wedding receptions.

The facilities include 73 rooms, including the modern Signature Suite, Executive and Deluxe Rooms. The venue also offers discounted room rates for your guests which is super useful when planning your wedding day.
Getting to the hotel
The Earl of Doncaster is situated within a walking distance from the city centre.
Car park
There is a small car park at the back of the hotel and plenty of on street parking just outside the grounds at the back facing the Elmfield park.
