I knew this Wortley Hall wedding was going to be special and was looking forward to it from the day I first met Nicola and Jeremy at their engagement shoot at Sheffield Botanical Gardens last year.

The couple married at Victoria Hall Methodist Church in the heart of Sheffield and it was a very emotional ceremony. We couldn’t resist the city centre location and straight after the I dos we went for a short photo walk through Tudor Square past Crucible Theatre all the way to the Winter Garden. It didn’t last long at all and we managed to take quite a few photos  before I followed the party to one of my favourite wedding venues in South Yorkshire.

Wortley Hall wedding

Both Victoria Hall in Sheffield and Wortley Hall in Wortley, where the reception and wedding party was held, are beautiful places and one could not have wished for a better weather for a wedding. It was a very emotional day with lots of tears and emotional and funny speeches. Wortley Hall provides a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos and we couldn’t help going for a short photo walk in the Sheffield city centre just after the ceremony.

This superhero themed wedding was like no other. Congratulations to Nicola and Jeremy.  I hope you like the images.
